Order procedure

1. Overview

At Medicine-click.com, our goal is to make healthcare accessible and convenient for everyone.
You can easily order medicines, healthcare products, and other services through our website or mobile app in just a few steps.


2. Step-by-Step Ordering Process

Step 1: Search for Your Product

  • Use the search bar or browse by category to find the medicine, healthcare product, or service you need.

  • You can view details such as dosage, brand, price, and availability.

  • For prescription medicines, please have a valid doctor’s prescription ready.


Step 2: Add to Cart

  • Click “Add to Cart” for each item you wish to purchase.

  • Review your cart to check product names, quantities, and total price.

  • You can modify or remove items anytime before checkout.


Step 3: Upload Prescription (if required)

  • For prescription-based medicines, upload a clear image or PDF of your prescription.

  • Our pharmacist team will verify your prescription before confirming the order.

  • Orders without valid prescriptions may be cancelled or delayed.


Step 4: Proceed to Checkout

  • After reviewing your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

  • Enter your delivery address, contact details, and preferred payment method.


Step 5: Choose Payment Method

We offer multiple secure payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • bKash / Nagad / Rocket

  • Debit or Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard / Amex)

  • Bank Transfer (where applicable)

💡 For prepaid orders, payment confirmation is required before the order is processed.


Step 6: Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation SMS and/or email with your Order ID.

  • You can use this Order ID to track your order status or communicate with our support team.


Step 7: Order Processing & Verification

  • Our pharmacy team verifies your prescription (if applicable), checks stock availability, and prepares your order.

  • If any item is unavailable or requires substitution, our team will contact you for confirmation.


Step 8: Delivery

  • Orders are delivered according to our Delivery Rules within the estimated time.

  • You will receive an update once your order is out for delivery.

  • Please check the product condition before accepting the parcel.


3. Order Tracking

You can track your order status by:

  • Visiting the “My Orders” section on your account dashboard.

  • Clicking the tracking link sent via SMS/email.

  • Contacting our support team with your Order ID.


4. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

  • Before it has been packed or shipped.

  • By contacting our support team through the hotline or email.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you may request a return or refund (see our Return & Refund Policy).


5. Important Notes

  • Orders for prescription medicines will only be accepted after prescription verification.

  • Medicine-click reserves the right to cancel or modify any order in case of:

    • Invalid prescription or payment failure.

    • Unavailability of stock.

    • Violation of platform terms.
